Draw your feelings journey – week 43 – Distrustful
Wantrouwen is heel erg ongemakkelijk. Ik weet niet zeker of het een op zichzelf staand gevoel is, of eerder een mix van angst en woede, met daarbovenop allerlei gedachten en de neiging om afstand te houden van mensen of de wereld.

Distrustful is very uncomfortable. Not sure if an emotion of its own, or rather a mix of anxiety and anger with a layer of thoughts and wanting to keep distance from people or the world.
