The climate change and the responses to it have a great impact on our mental health. Are you a climate-conscious person feeling stuck and looking for a way forward? I can help you explore:

  • your emotions
  • your values
  • the connection between emotions and values
  • helpful and unhelpful coping with these emotions
  • self-care and self-compassion
  • strengths in yourself and in your environment
  • emotional balance
  • value-driven action
  • barriers to action and (self-)compassionate ways to overcome them

Even the most opposite things like Winter and Summer are not exclusive, and transition periods might even be the norm.

Same it’s true about our mood: feelings aren’t actually a black-or-white thing. We rarely (or perhaps never) feel just one thing, and are constantly in transition between different combinations of feelings.

It’s not the nature, but our beliefs and social constructions turning the experience of not feeling always and only happy into something wrong.

***
