I really struggled with overthinking and would most of the time imagine the worst case scenario in certain situations. At first I was really hesitant about asking for help because I was afraid I would be judged or something. Turns out this was one the best decisions I made. Felicia really helped me understand that my way of thinking/ approach certain situations was perfectly normal and common. She also helped me to understand why I was thinking this way and showed me different ways that I could approach the situations that I struggled with. With the tools she gave me during the sessions I feel more confident that I can approach the situations I was dealing with, or any other situation for that matter. (Jeanmarc)
Felicia made me feel that I can talk and resolve the problems I wish to work on, If I’m not ready or felt as I was content with certain subjects, ( even though they might need to be worked on) I could choose to work on what I thought was the best for me at the moment. Created a very comfortable environment to be able to talk and express my feelings. (Laura)
Felicia is a wonderful therapist who listens with understanding, asks exactly the right questions, and in a special and very competent way puts her patient on the path that helps them understand, work through and finally overcome their problems. Even though my therapy was at a distance, it was extremely helpful to me and I had complete trust in Felicia and her approach. If there is one therapist I can recommend, it is certainly Felicia. (Maggie)
Felicia has an amazing capacity for empathy and was very accommodating of my state of mind. This made it easy to talk about difficult things and feel understood, even when I did not understand them myself. She has the patience to try a different approach if the first one doesn’t work, and a very good intuition for the right moment to bring up a crucial topic. Her way of working embodies one lesson I learned myself: Some problems can’t be solved by “trying harder”, because the act of trying hard makes them impossible to solve. They *can* be solved by accepting that fact, accepting myself as I am, finding a new path that suits my own needs, and convincing (not persuading or even forcing!) myself on both rational *and* emotional levels to follow that new path. Nonetheless, she has gone out of her way more than once to accommodate changes in schedule, even outside office hours, read up on relevant topics between sessions, modify methods as needed or implement them in different creative ways. Her self-made emotion cards are just one example, and were really helpful! I don’t think there are many psychologists who go this far for their clients. (Alex)
My sessions with Felicia were extremely helpful, I stopped gambling and transformed my life in a way that never happened before. Felicia always listened, was very insightful and really helped me understand myself better. (Martin)
Felicia was really helpful in helping us to talk about our experiences and feelings in a non-judgemental way. (Anonymous)
Sessions with Felicia helped me to better understand my partner, our needs, difficult cycles we sometimes used to get stuck in. It was a good balance of exploration and support. Felicia is really kind, understanding and warm, which helped a lot with the process. (Anonymous)
As an LGBT+ international couple, with one person having ADHD, finding the right couples therapist that would understand our situation was not an easy task. Felicia managed to fit this role perfectly and we both felt very comfortable with her from the very first session. The sessions with Felicia have helped us to enhance our communication. We feel more seen by the other and the trust between us has deepened. Through the work in the sessions we learned to communicate more productively by asking instead of assuming. Felicia pointed out that things we perceived as weaknesses could also be seen as strengths. She also helped us understand how the fact that one of us has ADHD affects our relationship, and how to find a common ground that covers both our needs. All in all, we would highly recommend couples therapy with Felicia. (Anonymous)

(Anoniem)
