Creative and disruptive mess

Mess in your head = mess around you?
Mess around you = mess in your head?
This is not really true, at least not always and/or not for everyone.
Do you need a certain ” mess” to be creative but can’t find the line between motivating mess and exhausting mess?
Some people need more ” mess” to make their environment more interesting and so keep themselves motivated. Or to boost their creativity.
Tidy = Boring
Do you recognise this?
This is a common experience if someone has ADHD, but certainly you don’t have to have ADHD (or a diagnosis on this) to experience this.
A coach can help you discover your own boundary between creative and disruptive mess, and can guide you to learn to set this boundary to yourself and to your environment.
