28 Alcohol-free days – A colourful journal
A journal providing you with daily information, ideas, motivation and encouragement, questions and tasks. Not only to stop drinking for a month, but also to bring new things into your life and to learn more about yourself. Even if your 28 days are not completely “dry”, at the end you will have had a healthier month and learned more about yourself.
This was originally a hand-made “dry january calendar” making the alchohol-free challenge more motivating and entertaining. People who used it found it brilliant, but some of them wanted to give their liver a break at other times of the year. That’s why I turned the calendar into this colourful journal now available in English and Dutch.
