Do you think as a couple that the use of alcohol or other drugs impacts on your life together and ask yourselves if (one of) you should cut down or stop?

Do you want to explore together if/which changes around your using behaviour can make your life better?

This traject will help you to:

→ become aware of the function of your use and the impact on several aspects of your physical and mental health as individuals and as a couple

→ become aware of your individual strengths and your strengths as a couple

→ set achievable individual goals and goals as a couple

→ make the first steps towards these goals

Photo of the month – My forest

The meaning of all sort of things in our life can change and we definitely have an influence on that. Sometimes, however, it happens on a sort of automatic pilot.

As a child, this forest gave me a feeling of freedom, a feeling that I missed at home and at school. Also, I always felt kind of understood there.

This year, after 25 years or so, I was in this forest again – and I felt overwhelmed by a sense of calm and peace. I didn’t feel the need to run and explore anymore but to sit on the ground and breathe in the silent trees.
