Groups
Groups are not just a cheaper treatment, but an opportunity to experience the power of your peers: A group lives from its participants and from good facilitation. We learn together from each other and with each other.

Online group programmes (4 participants):

→ Now also possible face-to-face in the form of a ‘minigroup’ (3 participants, taking in consideration the current Covid regulations): Tuesdays 9.00 or 13.00 in The Hague
→ More evenings online: 18:00 every evening except Tuesdays and Fridays; 19:30 every evening except Fridays.
→ discount possible if you are struggling financially
A group runs if 4 people have registered for it (3 for a minigroup).

New therapy room in Leiden
From the 1st of September I will be available every Wednesday in Leiden:
Address: De Plek, Kanaalpark 157, 2221 JW Leiden
Easy to get to on public transport: 350 m walk from the station Leiden Lammenschans (trains, and bus lines 1,2,3, 45, 400)
Photo of the month – Traffic on the cycle path
Cycling in the morning is my first mindfulness exercise of the day: to get some rest and train my focus. But just like with a meditation, my thoughts often wander. Any kind of traffic is an interruption that normally takes you out of your thoughts and brings you back to the here and now. Car traffic usually drives you mad, whereas this here it brings a smile on your face or a sense of connection with nature.
